- Oatmeal Pies or a Different Debbie Cake
Print the flower template out. Cut them out. Tape flower template to an oatmeal pie or a different kind of debbie cake. Tape a plastic knife to the back of the oatmeal pie. Then take your soda and tape the knife to it. Add one oatmeal pie flower to the soda can or add more to make a fuller flower arrangement for mom. Tie a pretty ribbon on it.
