The 10 Plagues of Egypt Water To Blood Cupcake Recipe
 

 This may not be for the fainthearted. I do realize that some teachers will think this is gross. However, the children won't. This is just my observation from kids that drop things in the floor and then pick it up, and eat it again with who knows what stuck to it. Kids will eat anything sometimes. I do mean anything! haha  This will actually taste good believe or not! :)

You need:

  • Chocolate or Plain Angel Food Cake (we used choc.)
  • Cupcake Wrapper
  • Frosting (any kind)
  • Toothpick
  • Tape
  • Fish Template (printable version)
Cut a small piece of angel food cake out and put in your cupcake wrapper. Smear some frosting on top. Sprinkle some red sugar crystals on top. (You can use red food coloring in your frosting if you don't want to use sprinkles. I picked the quick method, and did sprinkles) Print the fish template out and tape it to a toothpick. Stick in cupcake. Now your done!
